A Houghton, MI, client brought his Atlas Blue Metallic 2023 Ford Escape to Driven Sound and Security to apply rustproofing, ceramic coating and paint protection film (PPF). It was a full suite of protection services to ensure this cool little SUV would look new for years!
After thoroughly cleaning the underbody, we sprayed the chassis of the Escape with Rust Check undercoating to prevent rust. Rust Check backs the rustproofing treatment with a lifetime warranty against rusting from the inside out.
Next, we performed a thorough paint decontamination and correction before applying Xpel paint protection film to the front bumper, part of the fenders and wheel flares, mirror covers, and leading edge of the hood. This film will help prevent rock chips. Finally, we treated the painted surfaces, plastics and wheel faces with Xpel Fusion Plus ceramic coating to help make them easy to keep looking great.
The client loved how his Ford Escape looked when he picked it up. We reviewed proper maintenance procedures to help ensure it would keep looking awesome.
