A client from Marquette brought his 2013 Chevy Silverado to Driven Sound & Security in Negaunee for lighting system upgrades. He spent some time on trails but wasn’t interested in having a large light bar on the roof of his truck. The client wanted something that was subtle, but would perform well.
We installed a 20-inch, 9,600 lumen Black Series light bar from Rough Country in the front bumper. We used mounting brackets made specifically for this truck to ensure that the light would be secure and that we would be able to aim it properly. We protected all of the new wiring against vibration and corrosion damage, and secured it to the factory wire harness to keep it out of the way.
The new light includes a polycarbonate protective cover to help prevent a stone from breaking the front lens while the client is driving on the highway.
